How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Insteadprovides Septic wants every homeowner who contacts us to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Insteadprovides Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have an issue with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Insteadprovides Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@insteadprovides.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want from us
After You Submit
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
